We recommend these for 2" diameter raft frames using a Prospector 103.  The 1 3/8" raft frame diameter is less likely to have any clearance issues. 

FYI Drilling into a latch will not void a warranty.  Drilling a small hole through the thick base area of a Prospector 103 latch to install a small P-Cord loop is perfectly acceptable.
